KITA "GOYASTRASSE"

The daycare center is open Monday to Friday from 7.00 a.m. to 17.00 p.m.
Capacity: 45 crèche/nursery places and 120 kindergarten places, including 6 integration places

The daycare center Goyastraße is located in the northwestern center of Leipzig. Surrounded by the Rosental, the Elster flood basin and the Elstermühlgraben there are numerous opportunities to explore nature with children.

The architecture of the house already enables working in open areas with reference teachers in the kindergarten area. The rooms are expanded by offers in the studio, in the exercise room, in the children's kitchen, on the large outdoor area and through the forest group. Children with special needs are integrated into everyday life. The educational work in the functional rooms is regularly revised and adapted to the respective ideas and interests of the children. The educational staff see themselves as observers, initiators and supporters of the children. The aim of our work is to promote and strengthen social skills, knowledge transfer and our own learning experiences.

In the crèche area, 15 children aged 1 to 3 are cared for in 3 groups.
Our facility offers breakfast, lunch and snacks. Breakfast and snacks are prepared in-house, the catering is fee-based.

There is an old people's and nursing home in the immediate vicinity. An age-appropriate residential complex and the new building of the sports middle school have completed the "Generations-Campus" in recent years. Cross-generational cooperation plays an important role in our offers.

Good accessibility is provided by tram line 4, by car or by bike. Restricted parking for cars and bike racks can be found directly in front of the facility.
