ADVICE FOR PARENTS & FAMILY

So that everything develops well

We advise and support parents and other people involved in education, as well as children and adolescents, in order to develop new perspectives and resources for the family and everyday life. Especially with:

• All questions about education and relationship
• Coping with personal and family conflicts
• Questions about the behavior and development of children and adolescents
• Challenges after separation and divorce
• Questions about adoptive and foster children
• Conflicts in school and education
• design of interactions,
• Developmental psychological counseling on crying, sleeping and feeding problems for parents with children aged 0-3 years

The staff of the educational and family advice center are contact persons for mothers, fathers, grandparents, for children and adolescents, for educators, teachers and other caregivers. One of our employees advises both mother tongue Arabic and German. Language and cultural mediators support us on request in other languages.
The advice is given on the basis of § XNUMX SGB VIII and the valid specialist plan for educational and family advice centers of the city of Leipzig. She is free of charge, confidential, culturally sensitive and can also be done anonymously.
