Children and young people have the right to be promoted in their development. We help them to grow into self-reliant, socially responsible people with personality.

Parents have the right and duty to raise and care for their children. We support young people and their families in reducing disadvantages and creating or maintaining positive living conditions.

Our tasks in child and youth welfare result from the Child and Youth Welfare Act in SGB VIII.

We provide all of our services on the basis of this Social Code. In order to fulfill them, a high level of personal commitment, empathy and detailed knowledge of the needs of family members and the current options are required. The employees of the FAIRbund e. V. know the variety of pedagogical methods, design the individual achievements and adapt them to the different requirements of the education and the development process of young people.
