The FAIRbund association is an independent provider of child and youth welfare in Leipzig and has been looking after children, young people and families since 1993. The aim of the association is to offer protection, advice and care as well as to manage crises together and to provide competent support with all questions relating to family. There are now more than 280 permanent employees working in various areas of the association.

FAIRbund is a non-profit organization with a wide range of offers. The focus is on the area Aid to education (Day group, residential group, outpatient family help), the management of Guardianships, Offers of Family education and Aid for families with newborns, the operation of six Day-care centresChild day care School social work, Projects with partners in Europe, Parenting and family counseling, sociocultural center,  experiential education, a Family primary school center, Advice for school success and Projects with volunteers. In addition, the FAIRbund operates the inclusion business on the premises of the Budde House "Beer garden under the ginkgo tree" with serving and catering.
